When can I place my order?
We regularly take orders for each two or three months. We announce starting each booking season on Instagram and in the inquiry section on our website in addition to informing our mail list subscribers via E-mail. The sooner you place your order when we start taking orders for the desired month is the better to ensure the availability of your requested date. Cake orders can be placed at least two weeks in advance (if the requested date is still available).
Do you offer delivery within the Eastern Province, SA?
You can pick up your order from our studio in Saihat, or have it delivered to you within the Eastern Province.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary based on the selected carrier and the drop off location.
If your order does not require special refrigerated delivery, delivery fees starts from 10 S.R and vary according to the drop off location and the nature of your order. Contact us for further information in this regard, please.
Do you offer delivery to the other provinces of Saudi Arabia?
Currently, delivery to the other provinces of Saudi Arabia is not available . However, we ship our VS Home products to all of the Saudi cities and Arabian Gulf contries.
Are your products available for immediate pick up in other local stores?
Currently, no.
What are Vanilla Sky's products?

In addition to cake and sweets, we launch a collection of gift packages every now and them, and we have launched a new line of products inspired by Vanilla Sky's cakes, called VS Home. Click here to start shopping.
What are Vanilla Sky's cake flavors?
At Vanilla Sky, we are proud to make each of our sweets from scratch following our special recipes. We offer a unique and frequently-updated range of cake flavors. Click here to browse our cake flavors' menu.
We also offer a variety of cupcake flavors. Click here to explore them.
Can I select more than one flavor for my cake/ cupcakes order?
Yes. If your request is a tiered cake, you can select a different flavor for each tier.
As for cupcakes, you can only choose different flavors of frosting if your request is one box of chocolate cupcakes.
If you request other cupcake flavors (vanilla, cinnamon, lemon or lavender), you can mix and match between the the cupcake flavors and the frosting flavors.
What are the available cake sizes?
As for round cakes, the available cake's diameters are 6", 8", 10", 12" and 14".
Square cake diameters start from 4".
How can I know the perfect cake size for me?
We prefer to be informed with the number of servings, and we suggest the best fit for you. Tier's height vary according to the cake design's needs. The cake's diameter is not the only aspect to take into consideration when selecting the size.
How much do your sweets cost?
Cake
The cake price depends on every detail of it, including the size, flavor, number of tiers, used decorating techniques, and the design elements such as handmade sugar flowers, figurines...etc.
Fondant cake prices starts from 530 S.R. for the smallest round size (6") with the simplest cake design.
The prices of cake covered only with chocolate ganache start from 430 S.R. for the smallest round size (6") with the simplest cake design.
Prices vary according to the details previously mentioned.
Thus, every cake has its own quotation based on the information provided by the client in the order form and consultation call/session.

Should I pay a deposit to confirm my order?
After approving the order details, the client is required to pay 60% of the total price to confirm it. The rest of the amount should be paid two days prior the pick up date.
Can I cancel my order after the confirmation?
You can cancel your order without any additional fees if the cancellation takes place before paying the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand last minute emergencies and there are special, appropriate arrangements made for such cases, where our right is reserved as well. Please contact us for further information in this regard.
Can I bring a photo of another artist's cake design so you copy it for mine?
At Vanilla Sky, we are proud to anchor to our core values including originality, uniqueness and creativity. Thus, it is always our pleasure to innovate a unique cake design for each of our dear clients that represents their uniqueness. We do not accept copying other artists' works as we respect their art and efforts, and reserve their intellectual rights.
Can I request duplicating one of your previous cake designs?
We believe each client is unique and deserves a unique cake, too. So, we do not prefer duplicating our designs completely, but we are glad to innovate a new design or even a special touch to the design for each of our clients inspired by the beauty of their souls and design concept of their events.

Can I request a private or special workshop?
It is Ghadeer's pleasure to share her passion for cake art and herexpertise in this domain with you as possible. Contact us indicating the type of workshop you would like to join.
